Who CAN I TURN TO?

The CEUS, along with all other McGill student organizations, ensures to prioritize the mental health of its student body, by encouraging a healthy lifestyle. The EUS has implemented proactive measures to respond to and support students, and the CEUS is here to supply these resources to Civies.

INCIDENT RESPONSE FORM

If any incident occurred at an EUS event, whether it be on or off campus, you can now report it to the EUS equity team. 

It is completely confidential.

This group in the EUS ensures the inclusion and equity of all students, and promotes diversity within Engineering.

EUS MENTAL HEALTH 

This committee plays a vital role in the EUS by encouraging mental wellbeing to all engineering students.

This is done by organizing a multitude of events such as Mental Health and Study Skills Workshops.

WHAT CAN I DO?

RELAX ON CAMPUS! 

CIVE LOUNGE (there are couches to nap !!!!)

Trottier 2nd floor (more couches !!! )

Soak up some sun and sit on the Lower Field (in the summer)

PLAY SOME SPORTS! 

Inter-departmentmental sport (soccer ,flag football, and broomball) competitions happen every semester! Great way to blow off some steam!

HAVE SOME SNACKS! 

2$ ice cream at Frostbite!

Free ice cream @ Frostbite if you get less then 30% on a midterm (such a silver lining!)

The food stand in Leacock has the most moist oatmeal cookies :D
